By enrolling in this text messaging program with the University of North Carolina, you are authorizing us to send you daily text messages.
If you say “yes” below, we will send you messages up to three a day. Message and data rates may apply. Messages will contain wellness-related information. Your information will not be shared with any unauthorized third party.
If you wish to stop receiving text messages, you may opt-out by replying STOP or get help by notifying the study team at chaicore@unc.edu. You may opt back in by replying START. After the study is complete and all research activities are finished, or you withdraw from the study or request to stop receiving text messages, you will no longer receive text messages from this program.
